Our headquarters have remained at the same location since our company’s foundation in 1945. We are proud of our roots, but always moving forwards: nowadays, the original farmhouse is complemented by production buildings, warehouses, offices and the state-of-the-art Innovation Campus, which opened in 2015.

Factory Tours
During the factory tour, you will dive into the exciting world of electronics and acoustics. You will get a deep insight into the routines and processes that power Sennheiser’s daily production, while learning about the philosophy of our brand.
Immerse yourself in the passion for audio that drives us and discover the unmistakable “Made in Germany” quality.
Sennheiser employees will take the time to show you around our plant, providing unforgettable and authentic impressions of where the future of audio is taking shape.
After the tour, you will get the opportunity to visit Sennheiser’s flagship store where Sennheiser products will be waiting for you to discover, explore and experience.
Registering a group for a factory tour
To register a group tour, please send an email with the following information to [email protected] at least four weeks prior to your desired date.
• Description of the group
• List of participants (template for download here)
• Desired date and ideally two alternative dates
• Desired time (between 9am and 3pm)
• Language (German or English)
• Person to contact including phone number
Important notes:
• Please register at our reception.
• The tour takes approx. 90 minutes and 1.5 km/1 mile, without seating for the duration of the tour. The tour is only partially barrier-free. Please do get in touch to discuss should you have any special requirements or questions.
• The price is €99 for max. 20 people. For student groups there is a special price of 49€. The amount can be paid at the flagship store (cash, EC, credit card).
• The minimum age for participation in a factory tour is 14 years.
• As you will be guided through the factory premises by Sennheiser employees, we cannot offer factory tours at weekends or on public holidays.
• Vouchers for factory tours are available at the Sennheiser Flagship Store.
Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility that for operational reasons there may be short-term changes in the process or cancellation of the factory tour. In this case we will of course offer you an alternative date. However, we cannot accept any liability for any damage resulting from this.

By car/coach:
From the north: Autobahn A7, exit Mellendorf
From the south/east: Autobahn A7, exit Großburgwedel
From the west/Hanover city: Autobahn A352, exit Kaltenweide
Access in Wennebostel via L383 (Mellendorfer Strasse)
When arriving by coach please use the lay-by on the access road.
By train:
From Hanover main station take the fast train S4 to Bissendorf, from there it is a 15-minute walk or take the bus 690 to Wennebostel.
